Rescues and News about Malibu SAR

Malibu CA:  Malibu SAR personnel responded to Malibu Creek State Park to a call of an injured climber.  Upon arrival, Malibu SAR deployed a team boat and transported SAR and LACO Fire personnel to the 25 year old male victim.  Upon arrival at the victim, it was determined that the man had had a significant fall, suffering abrasions and a wrist injury.  Paramedics splinted the man's wrist and he was trasnsported in the SAR team boat across the Rock Pool lake to awaiting ambulance personnel.  The victim was transported by ground ambulance to the hospital.
